At Upyukt, your satisfaction is our priority. As a brand committed to delivering high-quality healthy food products, we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
- The item was delivered damaged or spoiled
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of issue (photos or video)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return request:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer)
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer free replacement in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product received
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
📦 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The request is made before dispatch
- Cancellation requests after shipment are not allowed
