At Upyukt, your satisfaction is our priority. As a brand committed to delivering high-quality healthy food products, we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item was delivered damaged or spoiled
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of issue (photos or video)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return request:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer)

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer free replacement in case of:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled product received

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.


📦 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The request is made before dispatch
  • Cancellation requests after shipment are not allowed
